Cinematic Real Estate Marketing for Fortis Group
For the Berlin-based real estate company Fortis Group, I produced a series of high-quality video campaigns to promote premium condominiums for sale across several districts, including Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf and Steglitz-Zehlendorf.
The goal was to increase awareness and drive inquiries from potential buyers and investors through story-driven, cinematic video content.
Concept & Creative Approach
I was responsible for the entire production process – from concept development and cinematography to editing and visual design – ensuring that all videos aligned with Fortis’ corporate identity in color, typography, and tone.
The visual language was clean, elegant, and emotionally engaging, combining smooth camera movements, calm music, and refined transitions to create a sense of aspiration and authenticity.
